Office Closures

In observance of Labor Day, our offices will be closed on Monday, September 6th.

The Villages at Moffett and Parks will be conducting a Staff Training Day and our offices will be closed on Friday, September 10th.

Community Events

Family Movie Night

On the second Friday of every month between 6:00-8:00 p.m., we will have a Family Movie Night in the Clubhouse for our residents at both Moffett and Parks. Bring your family and friends for an evening of watching a fun family movie. Don’t forget your blankets and pillows. Popcorn and drinks will be provided. Have a favorite movie in mind? Send us your request. Our next Family Movie Night is Friday, September 10th.

Fantastic Fridays

Stop by your Management Office every Friday from 10:00-4:00 p.m. for a delicious treat….yummy!

Yard of the Month

Every month one of our residents will be chosen to receive $50.00 off of their home cleaning when they maintain their yard. A Yard of the Month sign will be posted in front of their home. Good luck!
